All our Personal Trainers are fully qualified and accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). They are fully insured and undergo regular training to ensure they offer the very best service. We are proud to have highly educated and experienced staff well versed in exercise physiology, nutrition and exercise science.
What works for someone else may not necessary work for you as well. We don’t have fancy computer programs that spit out pre-designed workout for you. Instead we have people who listen to what you need and design programs with you in mind.
Results Fitness trainers will firstly discuss with you your goals, time frame and current state of your fitness and nutrition and only with that in mind will design realistic, achievable program which will in the end give you desired result.
Progress reviews and regular feedback
Results Fitness trainers will monitor your progress and make adjustments to your fitness programs and nutritional plans if/as required. Constants tweaks in the program are what keeps you from hitting plateaus and this is where we determine your next steps. On this way we are staying on a top of your training progress making sure that you are achieving your results on time!
